How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Orders currently take 11 - 14 working days for delivery within the US and 16 - 20 working days for international delivery. Customers ordering to Hawaii and Puerto Rico, your order will take up to 22 working days to be delivered.
If you have ordered a blanket or a beach towel, delivery will take 15 - 18 working days for delivery within the US, and 16 - 22 working days for international delivery.
How much is shipping?
Shipping cost to the US and UK is weight based. You will see the final shipping cost on the cart page when you enter your shipping address. Shipping to all other countries outside the US is a flat $10 US.
Customs and tax charges?
All orders shipped outside of the US are subject to customs charges, depending on the country you are shipping them to. We recommend you check your countries policy on this prior to ordering. Usually a note will be posted through your door advising you of this charge, and your item will not be delivered or be available for collection until the charge has been paid. We are not able to refund any customs charges.
I need to make a change to my order
If you need to make a change to your order please reach out to us within 7 hours of ordering at email@example.com. We will see what we can do, however we do not guarantee that we can make a change to the order, as we try to start working on orders as soon as they come in. We will not be able to make any changes after 7 hours.
If you need to change your address pop us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will see what we can do! Addresses can usually be changed within 24 hours of the order being placed, but we do not guarantee this.
I'm not happy with how my order turned out
We want you to love your product! If you receive it and aren’t happy with it for whatever reason, reach out to us at email@example.com and we will see what we can do for you. Please note as these are customised products, we aren't always able to offer refunds depending on the issue.
Please note that we do not accept responsibility for any spelling errors, incorrect names or poor quality photo prints.
If the issue is not flagged to us within 30 days of the order being marked as delivered then we can no longer provide a refund or reprint for you.
Our return policy lasts until 30 days after the item is marked as delivered. If you are unhappy with your order or you have received a faulty item, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be able to assist you.
Please ensure you check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders that are delivered to incorrect addresses.
